• Payment confirmation is required before service initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing

• By making a payment, you authorize us to process it through the selected payment gateway

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:

• Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided the service has not started

• Refund requests must be sent via email

• No refunds will be issued once work or service delivery has begun

• Service timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client requirements and cooperation

• Delays caused by lack of information, approvals, or communication from the client are not our responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Respond promptly to communications

• Use our services only for lawful and ethical purposes

7. Intellectual Property

• All strategies, content, creatives, and materials developed by SpaarkForge Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received

• After payment completion, usage rights are granted to the client unless otherwise stated in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

SpaarkForge Media shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

• Platform-related changes or algorithm updates beyond our control

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• False or misleading information is provided

• A chargeback or dispute is raised without contacting us first

• These Terms & Conditions are violated

10. Third-Party Platforms

SpaarkForge Media is not responsible for policies, actions, or changes made by third-party platforms including:

• Google

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

• LinkedIn

• Stripe

Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
