1. 7-Day Refund Eligibility

If you decide that you do not need our services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date, provided that:

  • The service has not yet started, or

  • No major work, campaign setup, or resource allocation has been completed

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email within 7 days of payment to:

  • Your full name

  • Payment date

  • Transaction ID or payment receipt

  • Reason for the refund request

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The service has already started

  • Campaigns, ads, content creation, or strategies have been initiated

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the payment date

5. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel services at any time by emailing us

  • Cancellation after service initiation does not qualify for a refund

  • Services will stop according to the agreed scope and timeline

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us first for any payment-related concerns.
Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to service suspension.

7. Policy Updates

SpaarkForge Media reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
